Previously Lichfield car parks were run by the council. Three Spires Shopping Centre changed from the council to Excel. There is now a petition running to have these two car parks back under management by the council. Since Excel took over there has been numerous problems including faulty equipment. Blue badge holders have been particularly hit as the change over has caused confusion especially as most of the car parks in Lichfield were managed by the council. Lichfield has an older demographic.
There are currently several forum members fighting claims regarding faulty equipment.
A petition has been started to persuade Three Spires to revert back to management by the council. Whether they will change is another matter however several large players have left this shopping centre. Debenhams has closed and Marks and Spencer Simply Food has moved out of the town. There is also now competition from the West Midland Designer Village where the parking is free. It's hardly the right time to put people off shopping in Lichfield. Like a lot of other small cities and towns it is turning into a place full of coffee shops and bars.

LJLA confirm in writing VCS should not have issued the Notice where they did. They also ruled the images were inconclusive.7

Letter from VCS this morning confirming they won't be taking any further action. I imagine their time with LJLA is drawing to a close. After all, they have been hung out to dry.8

This is a police matter. Section 2 Chpt 35 Fraud Act 2006. False misrepresentation.7

Action Fraud have suggested this case needs reporting to City Of London police who handle UK fraud crime. I have a paper trail from the very start and will be able to walk them through every single step.7

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

If it is fully confirmed, I'm sure there could be one or two NWNF legals who might start sniffing around.
