I just want people who receive these illegal 'PCNs' to challenge forcibly from the off. Study any images they send; pay attention to the language. Words have legal consequences. Challenge legality of the red lines. Ask for proof that the lines were installed following permission from the local chief constable. There's so much detail here - but I will give a full report when that moment is right. I have a number of referrals to make.6

Anyone with a fightback stance like yours is on the same page as us.
We are here due to this industry becoming so greedy and (sadly) influential that they got out of control with their anti-consumer model.
