Are you aware that LJLA (Peel Holdings) were on a £25 per PCN kickback the last time a contract crept out on the forum? While I can't confirm that it still pertains, there has been nothing to suggest the arrangement has changed. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You may need to do some digging, I've been around these parts for some time!DisruptiveLad said:Didn't know. What evidence exists? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. If it's of any interest, a family member has a court claim for stopping in a gateway on the access road to Drop Off 2.DisruptiveLad said:Anyone ever get a No Stopping notice from VCS for stopping near a barriered entrance to a car park at Liverpool John Lennon Airport?
The Claimant's Legal Representative is ES-L2 -
Thanks for that. Have you got anything in writing to say in what capacity he is representing VCS? Many thanks.2

Claimant's Legal Representative but there is no signature.2

Ok. Have you got a letter to say ESL will be representing VCS in court? Does that letter say he is their solicitor or consultant?1
