Are you aware that LJLA (Peel Holdings) were on a £25 per PCN kickback the last time a contract crept out on the forum?  While I can't confirm that it still pertains, there has been nothing to suggest the arrangement has changed.

It's from some time ago. I've done a bit of digging but drawn a blank so far. Maybe other regulars can confirm my memory of this. You may need to do some digging, I've been around these parts for some time!

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • I'm just waiting for Elms Legal's response to arrive. Then I'll be reporting them immediately for a number of breaches of regulations.

Anyone ever get a No Stopping notice from VCS for stopping near a barriered entrance to a car park at Liverpool John Lennon Airport?
If it's of any interest, a family member has a court claim for stopping in a gateway on the access road to Drop Off 2.
The Claimant's Legal Representative is ES-L
  • Thanks for that. Have you got anything in writing to say in what capacity he is representing VCS? Many thanks.

Claimant's Legal Representative but there is no signature.
  • Ok. Have you got a letter to say ESL will be representing VCS in court? Does that letter say he is their solicitor or consultant?
