@DisruptiveLad I feel your pain. Can I say that @Coupon-mad @bargepole and many other regulars on this board have single-handedly held back the tide. They have been involved in formulating the new legal code of practice that is already stopping the abuses practised for years as well as enabling defeats of PPCs up and down the land for years before the law was clarified. All free of charge! All because they just wanted to ensure that abuse didn't run unchecked. The regulars on here are absolute experts and heroes. Thanks to them you have a defence; as the loopholes have now been closed and it's hardly worth taking someone to court, these cases should dry to a trickle quite shortly.8
