If they have parted company and VCS has to represent themselves, I find it quite disturbing that a paralegal left 'in charge' of these endless claims, states on his social media profile bio, "if you can't convince them with arguments...dazzle them with b*lls**t"3

Flag that up to Cilex Regulation if it's JB or the SRA if it's ESL.1
-
It is relevant if it's pre Jan 18th.1

"If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with b*lls**tt."
But openly and arrogantly "joking" or boasting about "bullsh*tt*ng" in losing an argument isn't a good lookfor anyone in the legal industry! Its probably why they don't deal with real cases and chase ex clampers parking charges for living! Michael Mansfield eat your heart out!!!!
I'd look to report that to the SRA or other relevant body as its arrogant cowboys like this who bring the legal industry into dispute. If a police officer or council official or politician had this as their quote they'd be likely reprimanded even if it was a historic status from years gone by!2 -
JB needs to be reported to Cilex. I have today asked for an update on my referral. I await a call from the caseworker.2

This from my MP today, March 24th:
Thank you for raising this matter with me. I would be more than happy to help raise this matter with the Government on your behalf.
Many constituents have contacted me in the past regarding the actions of Private Parking Companies and I remain concerned regarding many of their practices. In the case raised by you though, it is clear that there is evidence of a company completely acting illegally to obtain payments from unsuspecting motorists.
With the above in mind, I do believe that this is a matter for the Home Secretary to address as appropriate action should be taken to police such companies.
I will seek to further push the Government to take action on this important matter.
Yours sincerely5 -

Well, if everyone affected wrote to their MP, they too should get a similar response. The government would get the message and action would be taken.1

Action has been taken by Government already, in the form of the new Code of Practice that I was on the Steering Group for. Not sure what your MP thinks can be done in addition to that?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
