It's like this. I happen to have spotted things your Steering Group didn't think about. Perhaps that SG needs to reconvene and ask for my experiences as they cover ground previously unnoticed.

What would that be? As for what was or wasn't considered  I can't discuss the work done or who said what, but 'no stopping' and the fact that byelaws trump contract law, are both covered in the new code.

The SG can't reconvene as the BSI are no longer involved and the Code is due to be implemented.

I think your fightback and help to other JLA victims is brilliant but am trying and struggling to understand what your MP thinks the Govt can do differently and why he/she thinks the no stopping regime at that Airport is 'illegal'.

That's a really strong word andI haven't seen anything that suggests illegal operations.  i.e. what laws have been broken?

Does the MP realise the DLUHC's new Code is already due to be implemented and things are changing?

The attempt to obtain money on the false representation of 'private land' at LJLA is the offence. See Secs 2 and 3 chapter 35 Fraud Act 2006. That coupled with images and threatening language is the issue.

IANAL but I would be very, very cautious about accusing a PPC of fraud.

If a company/individual attempts to obtain a financial advantage by falsely representing a legal fact, that, according to the Fraud Act 2006 Chapter 35 Secs 2 and 3, is fraud. I couldn't care less what you know or don't know. Your opinion is redundant here.

Listen sunbeam, you are pushing your luck, and I cannot see why. It is not long ago that the Forum was disciplining members for being too harsh to other members. There is even a sticky about it.

To have a go at Coupon-mad who has done so much here is bang out of order, no matter how clever you think you are.

That's probably me in trouble now !
