Gripping stuff  they backed down because they know you've caught them out and are hoping by discontinuing you'll leave it.  But don't ever stop- you've basically got them by the balls and they can feel the pressure of you crushing these said balls.

Of course it is. They try and pretend the current byelaws, which were confirmed to be still live and not rescinded a few years back by then transport minister, related to the old site at Speke. However the byelaws make no reference to that, they state that the apply to the building and roads that form Liverpool Airport. Also , if they were operating without byrelaws in place, the CAA would refuse a license to operate passenger flights as they are neccessary to ensure security and safety at the airport, so its utter rubbish.

Technically VCS don't have any employees; they are all employed by Excel Parking.

Which 'regulatory body'?  Who are you referring to the SRA?
