The foot workout for your hip sounds interesting, please do share. ย
    My feet are GLOWING!! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
Do you want me to share now or wait a bit until I see some effects from it (on my hip I mean)?

Fair enough. I am finding my feet are feeling looser as I walk around today so there may be something in it. Oh and same here on the lack of sleep โ€ฆ <sigh>

Itโ€™s a one off fee. They then try and sell you every other course but I just ignore that ๐Ÿ˜Š

ย A lot of itโ€™s familiar from physio exercises I have heard of but not really done before. Chloe has lost one of her toy balls! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚ It also seems to me like I could do quite a lot of this every evening, sat on the sofa, iyswim. Oh and there is NO WAY my calves are strong enough to stand up on my toes from my heels being in the floor and toes on a yoga block! ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜‚ Maybe later โ€ฆ <waves airy hand>

I have had physio for my ankles before and a lot of that was seemingly impossible at the start but got easier quite quickly.ย

You always sound like you achieve so much KK. I'm well jell as my DD likes to say ๐Ÿ˜‚.ย
I am going to have a look at those exercises too as my hip, my knee and my ankles kept me awake for most of last night after only one days manual labour with the DIY. I feel like I'm falling apart today.ย

Hahaha โ€ฆ I think itโ€™s more the way I frame it! Remember how physically hard some of the stuff you are doing atm is - much more physically demanding than a bit of cooking or deadheading!
