    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Well done on the wins, especially the work achievement.  

    And I'm with you and debtfreewanabe321 on the compatibility struggle.  I don't want to find I'm 90 and have paid everything off, but no energy to enjoy all the things I put off doing.  Mind you I don't have energy in this heat anyway, I've been doing the minimum - watering, weeding and deadheading.  Sad to say it, but roll on some cooler weather and some rain.

    Love your plans for classical music, and the slightly mad idea of motorbike riding.  We don't have many theatres in reach here, but they screen live showings at the cinema and that's something I am going to reserve some rainy winter Sundays for, and my mad idea is learning to climb, I said I wouldn't do it until I get slimmer and fitter and I'm just about there - so I'm running out of excuses to put it off.  Btw, I'm in awe of your crocheting, I've been meaning to teach myself for ages.  So much fun stuff to do :smile:
