I’m very proud of Mr KK this evening. He and his oppo have twigged that they are being paid significantly less than market rate for what they do. Yes, in some ways it’s a cushy job (he washes and services the boss’s jeep and rolls Royce’s on Friday afternoons 🙄😂😉) but he also has a lot of responsibility and is very customer facing so he is representing the organisation in a way a lot of their direct employees don’t. He’s going to tell his boss next week that his rate is going up and by how much from next week.

I’ve said we will leave things as they are for three months to allow him to build up a bit of savings fat (assuming his boss doesn’t say no) and then I would appreciate it if we could adjust our relative contributions to the shared accounts so I can reduce mine a bit. He’s up for that 😊
