The levo takes your levels down (just had mine increased as was 2.4 - now at .52 after increase) so not sure increasing it will help ?

Aha, good point. You can see I've not done much investigating in the last 13 years 😂 Once I got settled on my dose I've just stayed on it. But you're right, it looks like they try to keep you in the lower half of the range (for TSH, anyway, which is all they test me for).

I was overactive, but having had my thyroid completely removed I now class as underactive (technically I suppose 'nonactive' would be more accurate 😂) - hence I get free prescriptions.

Either way @KajiKita if you don't feel right, asking for an adjustment is definitely the way to go. Hope they give it to you, and that you feel better soon! Xx

I've found that my resting heart rate goes down when I need my thyroxine increasing.  I've got one of those watches otherwise I would never have realised.

Under active.  Been stable for about 8 years, lost a huge amount of weight in the last 2 years - just under 11 stone) so if anything I was expecting to need mine reducing but I’ve needed them putting up.

    Thank you 😊

The sun is eye-wateringly hot here! I’m staying out of it, apart from to put washing out but I have managed to clean the loo and the bathroom. So tired though …
