The path looks wonderful.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2 -

Likely the neighbour will be embarrassed by seeming angry when he realises you were being nice. Thanks @Watty1, @beanielou, @Brie
I'm not worried about the neighbour. He's that type where his bark is worse than his bite and he's actually both very kind and thinks a lot of both of us. It's more I felt bad for ruining his quiet lazy morning!

That neighbour has had a dead dumpy bag off us this evening for something he needs to bulk store so I assume we are still on good terms 😊

I have been eating daily greens (spinach, kale, brocolli ideally) or even lettuce since my cousin died from diabetes complications and amputation .. greens so help the liver that even though I am traditionally not a fan of greens I am now queen of them .. even on this long tour trip - I always order greensdebtfreewannabe321 said:I love veg and always get at least one into a dinner even when it's supposed to be a junk food evening. The kids love that 🤣. I should see how many I eat perhaps not as much at the moment because kitchen is annoying to use whilst building works are going on, but tonight I have aubergine and courgette from the garden! I hope they taste ok 😁.
Path looks great
Boo to the no Pbs! I won £25 but even better was the text saying I won and the anticipation of logging in to see how much they had addedDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

I'm not that patient. On the 1st I stay up until midnight & check on the checker site. It doesn't tell you which bonds but it does tell you how much - 6% this month 3.7% average for this year. Last year was over 2% better1

I got £50 this month and was gutted. I'm on a 1% return so far this year, but it is so much more fun than an ISA. Still 4 more draws to win big in 2025!4/10/25Three Years Mortgage Free Yay!

It is so much more fun than the lottery because you never actually lose any money. I am ignoring any loss of interest & when bank interest was under 1% I was really winning.2
