That would be excellent, thank you.
I've realised I have a decent book at home that has clear diagrams of the stitches in certain patterns. You can really properly 'see' the structure of the stiches compared to the finished item, iyswim. I can share some of those here if you like?

Oh darling @KajiKita what a tragedy. Mr KK has done a brilliant job of negotiating this, with your help. You know best whether there's any benefit to sharing this further; it sounds complicated. You're both making a massive difference in the world. Love Humdinger xx1

Big hugs to you and Mr KK, and the rest of your family. What a rotten situation all round. Not surprised he found the service hard xx1

Taken it easy today - inconsistent weather meant gardening was a bit like a game of jeopardy 😉
My beginners crochet kit turned up today - I have treated myself to a big chunky, pure wool yarn (using a 12mm hook) that is working up to be a blanket. I will share some photos when there is a bit more to see 😊 It’s interesting working in such a large format - you get to ‘see’ more and I am learning how the different stitches appear once worked - a bit like learning to ‘see’ purl, knit and stocking stitch in knitting iyswim.
Had lunch with a good friend - the food was lovely and we had a good chat 😊 She has nudged me into booking a one day craft session (needle felt floral picture) in late July when I have my two weeks leave already planned. That will need an email writing and a BACs payment sending tomorrow. That will give us both something to look forward to 😊
On the way home I sent off the book parcel from the conservatory clear out. When that vast £7 🙄😂 lands I will OP it 👏 Refuelled the car - this is now only a monthly rather than weekly chore and cost!! 🎉🎊🥳
Came home and made a batch of veggie bolognese early so Mr KK could make his meat version once I’d cleared out of the kitchen. 😊 We both had bakers with it 😊
Rang my dad for a chat and to ask for a visit date to see my parents. Got told that I was expected last year. But my recollection is that I asked to visit and they never came back with any dates … 🙄🤷♀️ It’s been c. 3 years since I last saw them …
Had a lovely evening on the sofa with Mr KK, crocheting and watching various music documentaries - the evolution of music videos, tears 4 fears and now inXs 😊
Life is good here ❤️
