    Big hugs KK. My DP and I have been the same on and off the last week or so. I think we're also tired and stressed and I'm still grieving loss of our little fur baby 😿

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £213,042
    - OPs to mortgage = £19,809 Estd. interest saved = £10,180 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 56 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 2nd August. 
    Produce tracker: £192 of £400 in 2026

    You have definitely all had a lot to deal with.  It sometimes feels like when you're low, life will come along and kick you some more.  Glad you are all feeling a bit yourselves again.  

    ps not sure what food you are buying Chloe.  My cat will not eat the jelly stuff, it has to be in gravy and with fish.

    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
