I thought so 😊 I don’t normally cut them, but with the colder weather coming they would only get blasted. There are quite a few more out there too 😊skint_spice said:Those roses are beautiful.

Thanks @savingholmes, @Humdinger1, @redofromstart and anyone else that I haven’t mentioned 😊
LOTS of gardening today 😊 Mainly focused on the path through the pergola and the two small beds at the front of it. I can feel my confidence in how to manage this garden growing and I am getting fiercer about my editing, thinning, what to keep and what not to. In the two beds at the front I have a cat mint in each - they are growing ridiculously well, taking over the world and there are various pretty things beneath them which I will try and remember to rescue next storing and transplant elsewhere 😊
George spent HOURS in the compost bin where I put the cat mint trimmings! 😉😂
Also did some house things:
- Emptied all house and kitchen bins
- Washed and dried all towels
- Reviewed the instruction manuals drawer in the kitchen - 2 inches worth went to recycling! 😊👏
- Fed Mr KK scrambled eggs and air fryered tomatoes for lunch - he was most intrigued by this technique and wants me to teach it to him. 😊
- We’ve had more conversations about decluttering and improving storage - more to follow … 😉
I have done a quick spin through military history book reviews and have identified a couple that I will buy for Mr KK for Christmas tomorrow, as I will be (hopefully!) be spending tomorrow anyway on work trousers! 🤞
I think my stamina, both mental and physical is slowly coming back up …. Not sure if it’s about recovering from my last job or losing weight, eating better or a bit of everything, but it *is* a relief that it’s happening 😊❤️
