It really was fun, I was totally in the zone, especially as I let go of ‘the rules’ and just ‘doodled’ 😉LadyWithAPlan said:How cute, liking the style, the colours and I am sure it was quite fun to do
I do …? 🤔 Must have forgotten about that. I don’t feel creative at all. In fact I feel quite frustrated in my lack of expression of creativity ….debtfreewannabe321 said:Love it! I should do more artsy things, am reading your diary back (only another 100 pages to go ) and you do so many creative things! I am writing an update every day … I plan to swamp them in information! 😉😂 My job coach has already told me that my CV is too long and I should chop it down to two pages / last 10 years unless it has relevant information from earlier. Well, yes, some of the technical skills and experience comes from 25+ years ago 🤷♀️ She also said that CVs should be written with experience first and then qualifications. Most CV reviewers have told me it should be qualifications followed by experience. One rewrote my CV into a profile where key qualifications appeared at the beginning and then all of them at the end …! As a user of CVs for recruitment, I actually don’t think it matters that much, so long as they are both there and coherently expressed. Plus, my CV as it stands seems to be getting me reasonable levels of interest and interviews 🤷♀️savingholmes said:Looks fun on the print.
Don't worry about the '90 min' commute thing. You choose what to apply for and if you are getting interviews and can evidence applying for stuff that's what they want to see.
Tai chi was glorious today. 🤩❤️ My feet were zinging with energy and the stretch the physio gave me on Monday is definitely helping my ability to do the exercises.I realised over dinner that I was happy. I haven’t felt that in soooo long (I mean years) that I was quite shocked by the feeling … Nor sure how long it will last, but boy is it nice at the moment. I mentioned it to Mr KK and he said that he thought it was that I was still working the stress out of my system. I think he may be right, what with my uncle, my aunt, my cat, FiL all happening in a short time period and in parallel with work being so impossibly intense and there being no chance to just stop / recover / absorb / reflect etc etc. ….
Another nice thing - both my sweet peas and my broad beans have started germinating 😊❤️🤩
Right, time to remake my bed with fresh sheets and have a shower - clean bed, clean me! 😊

That ^^^^ was me this morning, I had been surrounded by music and people for two days who appreciated what I could do for them. I woke up and wondered what I was going to do with the day - whatever it was, it was not cleaning up this house! That is for tomorrow..KajiKita said:I realised over dinner that I was happy. Bad night’s sleep - woke at c. 4am and could not get off again as my hip was hurting and I started thinking, thinking, thinking about my interview today … 🤷♀️😉
Washing is in the machine. Dreadful weather for drying (I was holding out for better) but I am running out of underwear, so needs must! 😉 Rearranged the washing on the heated airer so by the time the WM load is done, the previous batch will be ready to fold / hang and put away.Birthday cards taken down and out to recycling - a job I have been meaning to do all week! The ‘’Perfect wife’ badge on one of the dads from Mr KK I have saved and put in an ornamental dish that has nothing in it on the TV stand 😊❤️
As weather is still mis here there will be no gardening today but will try and get out for a walk late morning.I have been cooking mushrooms in a miso soup sachet for the past two days. It smells amazing so will try using that as a base for my leftover veggie and lentil soup today. Also, going to make a food list for breakfasts and lunches as I want to get a more sensible shopping list set up this week / waste less next week.
Prep to do for my interview this afternoon. Looks like an interesting company with some dynamic design and development connections with the MoD as well as some healthcare products in their portfolio (I know, strange combo - but it makes sense with the type of material they manufacture). The role itself would expand my scope from quality into production engineering and give me exposure to aerospace quality standards.KKAs at 15.10.25:
