As the owner of a big dog t I feel for both you and the neighbours. Wattydog is mostly securely fenced in and I would be mortified if he got out and did the damage you have mentioned. I would be round with chocolates flowers and a plan so I'm pleased to read the neighbours have secured the boundary - they just need to bring the flowers and chocolates now. Hope they do xMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!5 -
They aren’t really that type, but as neighbours go they are pretty good - I have had far worse in the past!Their other big dog (yes, they have three large canines, all pedigree, all different) got out this morning and was shouting at the poor bloke and his little dog who walk our lane every morning. I had already started my engine to go to work when I heard the ruckus, so I ran out in the lane, grabbed the third big dog from next door (we like each other, he’s a huge great hearth rug who likes to lean on you 😂😊) and dragged him home - the neighbour’s front gate was open! 🤷♀️🙄 I hope the other neighbour was okay …
Did a 1:1 with one of my youngest team members today - I am doing a reset with my whole team and with him it went well 😊
When I got home, not only has Mr KK kept the plumber on the job all day (plumber has a great propensity for chat 😉) so the first plumbing fix is done, Mr KK had also arranged to have our mouldy conservatory cleaned. The conservatory is transformed!! ❤️🤩 It has made the house feel so different too - really, really lovely to come home to ❤️ Total Hero!

How nice to have the conservatory- and first bit of plumbing!- done 😊
How are Mr KK and his mum (and you) in adjusting/grieving terms?
Your neighbours are starting to sound like they need to give their heads a serious wobble..2 -
What a lovely treat
the neighbours need to look at their fencing - The dogs could hurt themselves and others .. feel also sorry for the orchid!DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.
