Thanks will add that in. I am not expecting them to to agree to my terms but lets see what happens0

As above , make all the changes , make demands ! , Issue timelines that can be enforced in court
Also make sure that UKPC shoulder their own costs , claim costs , everything , you are not liable for a single penny that you , Dcb legal or UKPC have paid1 -
D_P_Dance said:Why do you nort ask for an extra £50 for your time. They have wasted enough off it. They are now in a very weak position, it is time to kick @rse.

. At that point I think they will not play ball
People should not be playing ball games with these companies, they should be humiliating them in the cours. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Update 20th Jan
DCB have sent "the Claimant's Reply to Defence and Defence to Counterclaim, a copy of with has been filed with Court." It's a 46 page PDF... I'll redact any personal details and post a link to it tonight3 -
Link below. I think their defence is terrible. They couldn't even accept or deny that there was a previous case in the same car park. Hope you all like classic BMWs

I'd send them a copy of the lease and tell them you intend to proceed with the CC and ask for their client's offer of settlement.
But I know you've just responded so maybe wait and see what they say first. Then do the above.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Update 21st Jan
Had a letter dated 21/1/22 from DCB Legal. Confusingly says that they will proceed with the claim and then says at the bottom their client may be prepared to settle the case! This time they don't offer an email address, only a phone number. The letter was dated 2 days after my email offering them a resolution.
Having reviewed the content of your defence, we are writing to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim.
The Court will direct both parties to file directions questionnaires in due course. In anticipation of that we are enclosing a copy.
Without Prejudice to the the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving it's overriding objective our client may be prepared to settle this case..... please call XYZ1
