Directions Questionnaire has arrived, to be sent back to the county court and the law firm.

Is it possible to email these to the county court or is it snail mail only?

Follow the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, every stage is covered and the answers to your questions.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Arrived from whom? Does your MCOL history show it has been sent out?

Email always for CCBC ... for law firm it depends if they accept service by email. Assume yes (unless they've advised otherwise) and include them in the same email as the CCBC. (Do likewise for all documents which need to be filed with the court* and served on the other party - except of course if/when you need to notify the court of your phone number for a remote hearing; the other party have no right to know it).

    * After DQ stage all future docs will be filed with the nominated court, not the CCBC. The DQ is the final thing you send to the CCBC.

Yes MCOL confirms its been sent by CCBC

I looked on this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/71763411#Comment_71763411 and can't see it specifically said that the DQ can be sent by email. Is it also to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk ?

Why have you abandoned that list you were following when you filed your Defence?

Item 6 on that list is...
Items 7, 8, 9 and 10 on that list answer in detail the question you are currently asking.
    Here they are again...

The date on the DQ posted to me was 6th Jan. I understand I have 14 days to respond (20th Jan). I am thinking to leave it until the 19th Jan to respond, to maximise my chances that the other party drops the case like they said they would. If I send the DQ today, it risks giving them time to re-pickup the case. Makes sense?

If you have received a DQ the claimant has already told CCBC of its intentions to proceed and unlikely they will discontinue at this stage - they may later, once they have your witness statement.

DQ was dated 6th Jan, but the claimant mailed me directly at 5pm on 6th Jan (after pressure from the MA) saying they will drop the case
