No, I do not, my argument was based on common sense and accepted spelling..

- I have emailed CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk with my defence and CC as a PDF
- I have called the CCBC to pay the CC fee
- I have not touched MCOL since AoS
Now we wait for the Directions Questionnaire! Although I need to advise all parties about my home move soon.... in any case I am staying local and will have access to my old postbox

So read only , checking the claim history for progress , until they pass the parcel to your local nominated court for further processing1 -
