The Claimant is estopped from bringing further claims after 16/03/2018 when the prior judgement ordered that “The Claimant’s claim be and is hereby dismissed”." - and others.Do you have documention that perhaps states "Judgment" - i.e. no middle "e" in this context? Also - "(UK Parking Control)(Claimant)"make sure the full name is stated as per claim form.
Indeed judgment is correct... using my work laptop here1 -
KeithP said:Thanks to KeithP for this summary of how to submit a defence by email to the CCBCAQ email address:
- should I combine them or keep them seperated?
- do your instructions for emailing the Defence to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk also mean I can email the CC to the same address?0 -
In county court rulings the spelling judgment (no middle E) is usually used.Jenni x2

One single document, as you see from other counterclaim threads.
I think the word 'venal' is too strong, as it means corrupt, I think. Be careful with your accusations. Strong words can be seen as unreasonable conduct on your part, if you effectively suggest fraud or other criminal intent or offences.
Negligent or careless with scant regard for consumer and residents' rights is perhaps better?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

- The instructions on the sticky for sending it by email seem to indicate that I don't need to use the Money Claim Online website at all after AoS, is that correct? (I recognise that the sticky was not aimed at folks doing a CC...)
- If the above is correct then how do I pay the Counter Claim £50 fee?

An "e" in Judgement is perfectly acceptable.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Quoting a US website is hardly relevant to the English court system.
And whilst judgement may be the original English spelling, it's not the default spelling used in the English courts. And that's all anyone is saying - just use the default.Jenni x1 -
As I said asbove. an "e" in judgerment is perfectily acceptable. It is, (or certainly was) the preferred spelling in the FCO.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I specifically stated:-"Do you have documention that perhaps states "Judgment" - i.e. no middle "e" in this context?"OP replied:-"Indeed judgment is correct... using my work laptop here"No mention of any american newspapers or dealings with FCO so those particular observations are entirely useless in this thread.3
