Hello
Hope all is well with everyone, payday yesterday and money shuffles done, payed £100 off Mortgage and have also sent an extra £35 to CC from some bits i have sold on vinted/ebay. Have a few items still listed so hopefully a few more £s to add to the pot over the next week.
Did a food shop on the way home, managed to get a few whoops items, some bread, donuts, cooked turkey and a cheese and onion pie. Also brought home some past there best bananas from work which i have made into 2 dozen banana and blue berry muffins these have gone in the freezer, currently have tomato and lentil soup cooking and made a lamb stew this morning used some cooked lamb i found in the freezer, dodgy leeks, carrots and new potatoes from the bottom of the fridge, a handful of pearl barley and some stock, seasoning and garlic. tastes lovely. So the stew and soup should do lunches for me and DH this week.
Found some white choc coins in the back of the dining room drawer they are past there sell by date but thought they would be ok to make some some cookies with, but thats a job for tomorrow.
Have a great weekend xx1 -

Banking checked, all ok and sold an item overnight on vinted so another £2 to the CC when it hits account, also caught up with some surveys and have redeemed £10 from pane1base and £25 voucher from 0pinium research, so good start to the day.
Bother has sent me a £20 off £60 spend so have used this and ordered toilet roll, washing powder, dog food/treats and toiletries also got free delivery,I will not need to buy any more washing powder or toiletries this year.
lots of little jobs to be done today around the house, hopefully get everything crossed off my list this morning and can have a relaxing afternoon.

Evening all.
Work has been awful this week and i can't wait for the weekend, then it's just a week to go until half term, I feel as though it doesn't matter how much i do it's never enough and never good enough.
£25 M&S voucher has arrived from surveys so might use it to get a few treats. Mortgage has gone out so that's another month knocked off. Paid £20 off CC mixture of payments from ebay, vinted and quidco.
Woodburner has been lit most evenings and is keeping us warm, hoping to keep CH off until November we have had 500litres of oil delivered and there was about 200 already in the tank,I am determined to make this last until spring. Washing is being dried on the airer next to the woodburner and I've also been putting a pan of water on top of the woodburner to heat up in an evening to wash up with, which means hot water doesn't need to be switched on and dishwasher goes on less.

Morning
Did a small food shop yesterday in sainsbugs, used £20 of nect@r points so £40 spent in real money, trying to use up bits out of the big freezer as we have bought a whole lamb from a butcher friend which is coming next week so need to make room.
Made banana and raisin cake yesterday and sausage rolls, today i need to throw a soup together in the slow cooking, thinking tomato and lentil, make a chicken and leek pie for tea, some sort of pudding probably fruit crumble as i've been given more apples.
Washing pile is huge and it's looking like it's going to be a dry blowy day, first load has been hung out and 2nd load is washing, fingers crossed it's only towels that i need to put in TD.
Sent a £7 v1nted payment to CC and have had an email from energy supplier to say that the first of the £400 payment has been sent to bank account, so DH is watching out for that.
Really need to do a christmas list for presents, might be a half term job.
Jobs for this morning -
Empty bins kitchen/bathroom and disinfect.
make pie/crumble filling
fill log baskets
sort work clothes for the week
walk dogs
washing away
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend xx4 -
You’ve reminded me to look at our energy supplier to see when the money comes to us. Our DD has gone out today so assume the first will be forthcoming soon

Afternoon, hope everyone is ok.
Half term is here and i'm certainly ready for it, work has been difficult this term.
Being mindful with money seems to be an ongoing battle, woodburner is lit today and i have managed to get one load of washing out on the line but don't think it will dry completely as the air feels very damp today so will probably have to put it on the airer overnight
Grocery shopping done this morning £30 on treats and a meal deal in M&S and used a £25 gift vouchers, then £40 spent in sainsburys, Used shop and scan app as they sent me an email that if i used it on a shop i would get 500points so seemed rude not to.
Amazon sent me a voucher for £5 off a £15 spend, not had a voucher from amazon before but have used it to get some dog food so £10 spent.
Brought home several bags of carrots from work which have been chopped up and chucked in the slow cooker with lentils, stock, onions and garlic, hopefully it will turn into a tasty soup for lunches.
Sent an overpayment of £10 to CC.
