I'm hoping that I can drag him along my loss journey a bit - I fear for the time when he might fall and I'll need to try to pick him up!!Β It seriously will not be possible!!!Iβm a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards.Β If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. May I please join @Brambling? I need to lose 3 stone π². Going to aim to shift 14lbs over the first quarter and hope being accountable to this group will keep me on track. ΒIt's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.6

Hello all and Happy New Year. Can I please sneak back in and aim for 14lb for this quarter.
Since falling off the wagon in a big way I haven't been able to get a grip and have piled on so much weight that I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I don't know if I'm quite ready to tackle things yet so am hoping that having some accountability here might give me the extra nudge that I need.
Best of luck everyone xx5 -
Now Now no more beached whale talk here - we are a mammal friendly zone π³Β
Looks like a good plan Eskarina π I've decided that I need to up my walking again, when I worked from the office I walked every lunch time for 45 minutes there have been too many distractions and excuses WFH
Good to see you back Izadora hopefully we can help to at least keep your weight on a even keel until you're in a WL frame of mind
Welcome to everyone π I've updated the chart to include you all
I'm trying to avoid the small amount of lurking Christmas naughties, I do miss the office kitchen table for offloading sharing Leftover treats. My nephews both gave me chocolate as part of their Christmas presents π I love them both dearly but aargh π«Β
I've just gone through the fridge veg containers to help me menu plan for the week, there's a pan of root veg mash which I'll portion up and freeze in ice cream scoop size portions in the kitchen and I'll make braised red cabbage with cranberries to freeze when I cook dinner. I also know if I cook enough veg to last a 2 or 3 days I'll eat better than if I don't so I've prepared cauliflower, broccoli and sweetheart cabbage as well. Β
Trying to find new ways of eating healthier to avoid food boredom so lunch was LO chicken with a coleslaw made with raw sprouts and a yoghurt dressing rather than Mayo with salad
