I have 5 stone to lose this year, but I’m aiming for slow and steady wins the race so I am aiming for 1 pound a week at first to help motivate and maintain the weightloss. Which I think works out at about 12 this quarter. Thanks5

Happy New Year!
We spent the night looking after DD's little dogs who sleep in our room plus our 6 month pup, they have kept me awake half the night tossing and turning. Looking on the bright side being awake so much I must have burned lots of calories 😅*Stop giving up what you really want for what you want now*

Done my weight so that I have an accurate starting point - 9st 9.4lbs 🙈 That means I have at least 2st to lose before I get within my healthy range!
I'll stick to my 14lb in the first quarter target though - after my less than stirling efforts last quarter I don't want to set myself up to fail!! 😂
Happy new year to everyone, I hope it's healthy and prosperous for you all! 😊'Happiness is not a destination but the journey you walk every day'
