    Hi, I'd like to join please.
    I'm needing to lose 8 and a half stone to be in the top end of my healthy weight range according to the NHS.
    I'm aiming to lose a pound a week.

    We spent the night looking after DD's little dogs who sleep in our room plus our 6 month pup, they have kept me awake half the night tossing and turning.  Looking on the bright side being awake so much I must have burned lots of calories 😅
