Get well soon, @jennystarpepper. My oldest son also tested negative 4 days in a row before testing positive.

Shopping purchased and meal planner written out for the BSD...
Today I have eaten:
2 teacakes with butter and jam
Family sized packet of root vegetable crisps
Roast dinner
Fruit salad is in the fridge for later (using up the Oddbox bits!)
Tomorrow I shall be having the kohlrabi cooked in some mysterious BSD fashion then Spanish chicken for tea. Son2 will be having the same tea but I've also made him a small jelly with some tangerine segments in. (He's 6 feet 3 and possibly still growing so would not last long on the BSD diet). I've saved him some chicken and stuffing from tea today incase he wants a sandwich.8 -
3lbs loss for me @Brambling I was surprised as I had expected it to slow down!
I work through my lunch which means I cannot go for a walk then sadly. I am walking more at work and trying to take the kids out after school ( I work from home in the afternoon as well to make up my hours due to lack of childcare options - yay rural living )
On a happy note I have a lot more energy now that I am not having so much sugar in my diet which makes balancing everything so much easier. I even managed to finally get around to reorganising my pantry today which I have been putting off for the last year!7 -

Brie said:@DinkyStars - this is the viscious circle isn't it, can't walk, can't exercise, can't lose weight so can't have op to help one walk. Only suggestion is to annoy the NHS so much with calls that they finally cave.
I was fortunate with my knee op in that they were about to cancel 2 weeks before it was to happen as I was 10 pounds too heavy. I was devistated and was determined to lose the 10 before the next check in to confirm the cancellation. The rules then changed so I was no longer over their limit. But that was by going private (thanks to work) rather than NHS so maybe that is the next solution? Granted not cheap, one knee was about £15k (but covered, again thankfully, by a work scheme)7
