I’m back on the wagon! 

Could you please put me down for 14lbs this quarter Brambling, thank you. 

I’m going to be more mindful and get in more movement and see if I can shift the pounds without calorie counting for now, we’ll see.

Weigh in day for me and it is -4lb please @Brambling
Very pleased with this as it is the first weigh in since Christmas. I have had a very stressy week and not felt like eating much so this has certainly helped.

Well done Mllicent  so the week has been stressy but at least something good came out of it.  Hope this week is better for you

As expected after 2 weeks of christmas eating when I finally braved the scales on Wednesday it was not pretty    I'm back on track at the moment and trying to at least avoid any 'bad' food that is currently hiding under the stairs or the cheese pushed to the back of the fridge.  The cheese may be my downfall this week

I'm trying to be positive and call it a Christmas bonus.  Hopefully it will do what all Christmas bonuses do and disappear very quickly.
