No, not Highland @beanielou. I don't think I'm agile enough for that. It's country dancing but great fun all the same.

I agree your mum is probably in the best place @Gettingtherequickly. Good that your dad's tests were negative @bubbs. Hopefully it was just a one off. 🤗

    Evening everyone
At last the scales are moving in the right direction! Not going to jinx myself by saying how far they’ve moved but I’m happy! WI tomorrow and we shall see.
The sparky can’t come and fit the shower until Friday grrr. I was dashing round an industrial estate last night carrying a shower then I had to take it round Morrisons. You couldn’t make it up 😂
I was doing well yesterday until I had a bad hypo last night. I knew the bag of giant Bourneville buttons my mum had bought me for Christmas would come in handy some time….
    Today’s menu:
B: Blueberries, natural FF Greek yoghurt and HEXB low sugar granola. Coffee with half HEXA oat milk
L: SW meal pot, veg. HiFi bar (3)
D- Pizza topped chicken, rice (2) and veg. Grenade ice cream bar (6)
S: Crisps (3.5) maybe some chicken if I’m still hungry.
    Syns: 14.5

    Lots of love xx

    Well done @BadCat18; that's a good loss 👏👏👏.

Good luck with sticking to your meal plan.  I find I keep changing mine but I do end up eating everything which is planned for the week just not in the order I originally intended!

Morning all, WI today and not expecting a loss - hoping for STS after a very Synful weekend!

Sorry @MrsRyan I missed your post.  Well done on the loss.  Have you intentionally reduced your syns this week as you seem to be under 15 syns a day for the last few days?  Perhaps that has helped the scales to move!  Good luck for your WI.

    Today's plan:

    B - mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - ham salad sandwich - HEB; P; S; 0.5
    D - shepherds pie - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - LTL mayo 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

PS. Back later after I've been to WI with the damage!
