Brilliant @annabanana82 to both you and your daughter. ย It's amazing how much you're allowed to eat isn't it? ย Even after doing SW for more than 10 years I'm still amazed at how much I can eat.

Great losses...
And thoughts and hugs to those with poorly parents....
I had a weekend of not having control over the food put in front of me, which is fine...but yesterday...! I'm not sure what went on there, but I just ate all the snacks and beige...I'm trying to get back on it today, but this is always the hard bit and why I can't have that kind of food around.
I'm trying to get a 2 week meal plan in place, with the idea that I can mix it up if I want to but that generally I don't have to think about very much food wise.
With that in mind, I'd love some ideas from you guys of meals that I can batch cook and freeze?2 -
Morning all!ย Well done to all the losers!ย ย
@FrankieM you've got the classics chilli, bolognese, cottage pie, lasagne and curry that make good batch cooked meals to freeze.ย I also make soups to freeze too which make for quick lunches when I'm home (can be reheated from frozen with a splash of water).ย I know @maman and @joedenise also make up batches of pre-cooked mash, red cabbage, rice, savoury mince etc to freeze that can be assembled into multiple meals.
Absolutely freezing here this morning so I've gone for a cozy and warm outfit for working in.ย Had porridge with raspberries again for breakfast (I make mine with almond milk), lunch is going to be some roasted veggies (pepper, red onion, broccoli, sweet potato) with chicken sausages which will be lunches for the rest of the week, and dinner I have no idea yet, will have to see what inspires me later on tonight.Emergency Fund - ยฃ8572.39 / ยฃ10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - ยฃLISA 24/25 - ยฃ3200 / ยฃ4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20172
