Morning all, wow some big losses! Well done @Abbafan1972. Keep doing what you're doing - I'm sure you'll have your half stone award next week.
Usually when you plateau it's the time to try cutting back your syns a bit @Mrs Ryan - perhaps cut back to about an average of 16 or 17 rather than the full 20 syns. Could you up your Speed foods, particularly vegetables rather than fruit? You really shouldn't feel you're being judged at group, everybody's journey is different.
@Gettingtherequickly - I'm glad you're enjoying your new Apple Watch and it's great your competing with your boss - go on you can beat him! As for the standing up I used to make sure I had a walk around the office at least once an hour just to get away from the screen (and I wasn't even using it the whole time!). It certainly helps with the moving.
Today's plan:
B - kedgeree - P; S; F
L - ham and cheese toast with pickles - HEB; HEA2; P; S
D - cauliflower cheese, chips - S; F; 3.5
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
Syns - cheese sauce mix 3.5
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, congratulations to all the losers, some fab results! Weigh in day tomorrow and the clean jeans on this morning still feel a bit snug so we'll see what happens.
Just going to grab breakfast which is bran flakes, last of berries and yoghurt, lunch is chicken salad and I've still to decide on dinner, will see what I fancy (or needs using up) nearer the time.
Have a good day all!1 -
Afternoon all
Well done Abbafan and Frankie 👏👏👏
I know someone who lost 18 stone and was SW woman of the year, she can loose 14-18lb a week , but she can also put on the same amount in a week, she went Spain for a holiday of 2 weeks and gained 2 stone, had to buy clothes there as couldn't fit in what she took!!
Jellybaby mine too tomorrow, i am not holding my breath but hope Christmas crap has kick started my losses again.
Mrs R we all have times of plateau look at me still the same weight since group reopened in July ! not through lack of trying either!
I had brunch today, bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes

Great losses @Abbafan1972 and @FrankieM! 👏🏼
I find it harder at the weekends too @Abbafan1972 which is one of the reasons I prefer to save syns rather than use them in the week. Make sure you have things in the fridge you can pick on that are SW friendly. I was hungry late last night and I had a celery stick with Primula squeezed into it and a slice of ham wrapped around a spring onion. 😁
What a disappointment @FrankieM, nothing worse than using syns and not enjoying them. It was probably too soon for any damage to show up but, fortunately, you have a whole week to try and offset those wasted syns.
I'm out tomorrow night but we'll be taking our own food. Discussion is still ongoing whether we share or take individual pack ups as people are still worried about Covid. I'll be driving so syns will be low. The dance I'm going to is close to our only Morrisons so hoping to be able to pop in beforehand and buy some fishcakes. 😊
Today's EE plan-
B- bacon, fried egg (P), baked beans (F), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- ham (P), fried potato (F), veg and pickles (S)
D- chicken casserole (P,S,F) with TS broccoli (S)
Syn cornflour 1, weekend wine😋1 -
Lunch and tea 😋😋😋

These Fridays are coming round very quickly. Weigh in for me and I’ve lost 1/2lb. Feels a bit pathetic but it is the usual amount I seem to lose. When I was getting to target before I did it in 1/2-1&1/2 increments with lots of STS’s along the way.
anyway, 2 & 1/2lb in 2 weeks so I’ll take that and press on.
HM pizza tonight using wrap (heb) and 2 hea’s of cheese. Loading it with peppers and having salad along side.
I’m working all weekend so no Weekend wine for me - that has got to be good 🤞🏻

My planned lunch out with my Son today didn't go as planned as his interview went on for far longer than expected.
Today's plan
Breakfast: crunchy bran Hexb splash milk
Lunch: Jacket potato and baked beans
Dinner: Pasta bolognese with extra veg - son made it at school so even better I didn't have to cook this evening.
Not managed to fit in any syns today so may have a small bottle of beer left over from Christmas
Big shop tomorrow, so going to do some meal planning tonight then stock up on plenty of fresh fruit, veg and low syn snacks.
Looking forward to weigh in on Monday, I don't have expectations of a big loss but my fat between my waist and boobs has gone flat again so that alone feels a winMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

I'm another that averaged 1.5lbs a week getting to target with lots of STS and gains along the way @Matron_Midge. It reflected my meals out and holidays as I was determined (and still am) that SW had to work with my lifestyle. It's a bit of a roller-coaster but better than feeling deprived and giving up. Well done on your loss. 🙌🙌🙌
I've found a weekly meal plan and a shopping list to match works for me too @annabanana82. It's a good feeling to know I'm in control.😁4 -
@annabanana82 with the fat between your waist and boobs going flat that's what we call a Non Scale Victory (NSV)! Well done.
