I'd be surprised if that's the reason @Jellybaby. I used to be guilty of not measuring HEA milk but since we can have 2 there's plenty of leeway unless using it for cheese. Now I only measure if I'm making cheese sauce.
My recipe is 1 onion, 1clove garlic, tsp dried chilli flakes, can of chopped tomatoes, 0.5 tsp sweetener and stir in tbsp of balsamic before serving @joedenise. Decided in the end to do garlic, bay leaf and basil to make it more Italian. Hope it won't be bland. 🤔3 -

Sorry to read about your Dad @bubbs my Mum and Uncle have both had stomas in the past, my Mum struggled but that was 20 years ago, my Uncle far more recent and he managed his really well with no incidents. I hope the surgery goes well
WI today, and only lost .5lb, I did get my 1.5st award but wasn't feeling it with the small loss this week.
I'm going back to writing everything down for the coming week and hope for a better result next week.
I'd like to get to my interim target at end May but that needs 1.5st loss, I have 2 events to look forward too, well 1 I'm looking forward too, the other (my graduation of sorts) I'm more enduring to make my Dad happyMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023
