Yes they have a plan of action, shame they didn't do it 8 weeks ago when he was first admitted!! 🤬
I'm surprised too @bubbs that the weightloss didn't wave a red flag. Such a difficult time for you and your family. 🤗

Good idea to take your own coffee @Coxy11. It's not only very mse but you won't be tempted to have any of the synful ones or the mega synful cakes. 😉

I've found some LO vegetables in the freezer so will tart those up for lunch. We've got football this afternoon so the chicken is cooking now, veg is prepped so I can turn it all around when I get home about 6 ish. Life was so much easier when all games were 3 p.m. on Saturdays. I'll have my usual half Crunchie to keep me cheerful as I don't anticipate a win. I've had a couple of chocolate bars (8.5 syns) this week too. DD1 bought me M&S marzipan bars as part of my birthday present. Just one left fortunately. I can't keep taking advantage of no WI.

Lovely weather here too @joedenise. Perfect for your walking @MrsRyan. I'm sure if you have a block of time at home when you're in control of your meals then you'll start to shift the weight. Good idea to experiment with 15 syns, just in case.🤔

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, banana (F), raspberries (S)
L- vegetable hash (F,S), fried egg, ham (P)
D- roast chicken (P), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns- Yorkshires 1, gravy 4, Crunchie 3, weekend wine 😊

Thinking about you @bubbs hope the treatment goes well for your dad.    I will do my very best to get the same off again next week for us 😁😁

Beautiful day here too.  I have my last hospital test (hopefully) this afternoon and I have promised myself a special coffee on the way out for being a good girl!  Something from the freezer for dinner tonight, probably spag bolognaise.

Could shove it all in the dishwasher but there is a couple of bits i don't put in there so may as wash them all up and keeps me busy!

Food looks amazing as usual @bubbs - wish DH would eat quiche!

Lovely walk in the sunshine with my friend. I took my sports bottle with water in the end as my head was still sore.

Didn’t have LO veg chilli for lunch as DH and I were going through some financial stuff. We are eating dinner at 4.30 today so the curry is in the oven and smells lush.

Washing dried on the line and all ironing done 😊

The sausages look very professional @bubbs.  Have you got a machine to make them?  I've got one on my Kenwood Chef but never actually tried it!

I'm another that has a DH who won't eat quiche @Coxy11 and no way can I eat more than 1/4 at a time and I don't want it 4 days running and not keen on it once it's been frozen!

Denise i made them by hand was easy, they are rolled in clingfilm, you then poach them in simmering water for a couple of minutes, then freeze. I saw them on another page just waiting for the bloke to get back to me do i take the clingfilm off before i freeze them
