Are you taking any SW friendly dip for the crudites? Some can be very low syn like tomato salsa or you could make up something with yogurt or just plain light mayo? 🤔

It's such a glorious day here. No plans to do anything exciting but just seeing the sun (and the bedding blowing on the line) makes me feel happy.😊 

I'm having prawn cocktail for lunch as I enjoyed it so much the other day. 😋

Today's EE plan-
B- fried eggs (P), tomatoes, mushrooms (S), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L- JP (F), prawn cocktail (P), leaves, tomatoes (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S), noodles (F)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, honey in sauce 2.5, weekend wine😊

Hi all, fab loss(es) @Coxy11.   I was delighted with 1.5 off this morning and just missed out on slimmer of the week 😁 

Food shop done, even bought some bedding plants for tubs at the front door.  Off to plant these up as the weather is glorious here too.  Think dinner might be chilli with rice and a side of roasted tomatoes and there will definitely be a couple of G & Ts later.

I've just come in from potting up some plants too. Just some herbs. I do use them for cooking but I like to just scratch and sniff too. 🤣

Maman forgot to say well done at company shop i have not been for ever 😣my friend breaks up soon for Easter so we are having a meet as i have loads of stuff here for her i got cheap in Sainsburys 🤣

Hubby has been out in the garden all day was doing it when i got back from WI looks so much better, i have not done any though don't want to push my luck even though no aches and pains

I'm sure you'll have a good time when you get to have a day out with your friend and any bargains will be a bonus.
