Evening all
Have had a v stressful day but I’ve managed to stay on the wagon.Spoke to the surgery today and they’ve given me the all clear for the gym, but just advised me to make sure I have a snack on me and to keep an eye on my sugar levels. I keep my testing kit in my purse anyway so I always have it on me.Going for a swim on Thursday I think.WI tomorrow- hoping for a loss. I would love my 2.5 stone award but I don’t think I’m going to quite make that this week, I think I might fall a little bit short. Once I have that though it’s full steam ahead for my 3 stone award- next blood test is next month and I would like to be 4 stone in total down by then and halfway to target. I’m not kidding myself that I want to lose any more than that- I plataued there last time but I just want to get my diabetes into remission then I will be happy.Today’s food
B: Fried egg sandwich (HEXB + 4) HiFi bar (3)
L: Lemon and herb sea bass (2) couscous (0.5) salad. 1 syn for oil. Chocolate (4.5) coffee with HEXA
D- Lmc red onion and rosemary sausages, turkey rashers, tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms. Blueberries, yoghurt (0.5) squirt of skinny white choc sauce (0.5)S: Crisps (3.5)
Syns: 19.5
Have a good evening everyone. Lots of love xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.203 -

Please can I join you? I (re) joined SW in Sept last year and am doing ok so far with 1 stone 10 gone (and a lot more to go) but I could do with an extra supportive boost on here… not sure if I will have time to post every day but will follow along.
First WI after the New Year this evening, slightly dreading it but hoping it won’t be too bad as I haven’t been completely off plan.
thanks for having me along.

Some help please.
I usually drink a lot of milky coffee.
So I am going to cut that down.
In the winter I am always cold so drink hot drinks to keep warm.
Any ideas on what to have?

I like hot Ribena @beanielou (although other, cheaper blackcurrant drinks are available). 🤣2

Hope your headache is better @bubbs, I get awful headaches and migraines they are so debilitating, everything goes on stop.
I am not posting today, my eating habits have gone to pot, I was up half the night, my anxiety has gone through the roof which makes me eat for comfort even though I don't really want to, its the only thing at the moment that calms my anxiety it works within seconds. I’ve had a decent couple of days on plan.
tonight I made the 2CC’s satay burgers. They are delicious. We had them with Hex B bread bun and SW chips and salad. Well worth the effort of making them.
I also bought the Slimming eats book that is new out. There looks to be some lovely stuff in there and I think that’s what I need - new food that is on plan and tasty.
I don’t feel any slimmer yet but I have noticed that the healthier food and loads of fruit and veg is making me feel less sluggish.
spag Bol already made for tomorrow nights tea when I get in (will have to cook the pasta) and I’m going to try it Mrs Ryan’s way with 1/2 salad and 1/2 pasta - thanks for the tip!3 -
