£2.25 this week. I should be over £50 saved by the end of next week. It will all go to the loan but I want to see how much I can save in 12months so wont move it until the end of the year.

JellyphantCastle said:Happy Easter everyone! I’ve managed to tilly £14.11 so far in April. The account it goes into is right at the bottom of my account list so unless I expand the view within my app I don’t see it, it was quite a nice surprise when I just looked. Even just a few pence a day does add up nicely over time.My milk frother arrived and went straight on eBay as my husband said I would use it once and then stick it in a cupboard, haha.I’m trying to make the equivalent of £1 per day on surveys but it’s hard going. I use Curious Cat app and it seems to penalise you if you attempt lots of surveys which is a pain.Focusing my efforts on overpaying my student loan to get that gone, if I let my monthly payments plod on I’ll have cleared it in September but I really want to get it to £0 in June. I’m pushing 40 and would really rather not have a student loan anymore given I graduated 16 years ago, haha.

Had a small bit of money 2.91 sat in the transfer box for me as I logged onto my Nwide account, so of course it was going to be tillied. We used my card last night for a chippy tea (I have worked all Easter so its our "Friday night treat"
was actually a Tuesday night discount. Looks like we will take another visit there as a more cost effective way of having the treat. Right that's another £3.50 tillied. This looks like a lot in one posting but it's a bit like a bus - nothing for a while then 2 come along together.
Have a good week peeps.

I've been to the office today, which means train ticket and coffee, so rounding up those added £1.15 to my holiday pot.
I also discovered an app called If This Then That (IFTTT) so I set it up to put 50p in the Portugal pot when I hit my 10k steps target each day.My debt-free diary: Go your own way
