So the survey is today.
I also move out today.
Just back from the CS after donating 2 bags full...amazing what you accumulate...
I have calmed down a bit. I had an early night last night.
I'm on camomile tea. When I had my last migraine I went off coffee for a few days and I have not gone back on it.
I love coffee but it definitely makes me feel edgy, so giving it a rest for a while.
My new friend drinks daily and even when I try not to drink I do as it seems impolite not to join her. Sometimes I like to have a glass of wine or two but anymore than one glass leaves me feeling a bit 'off' the next day and unsettled and I need to be settled right now...
Money wise, it all seems to be coming together. I got a bit more money than expected from a few sources. I now have just about enough to pay for the house purchase without going into debt. That is what I wanted. My income is small when I move until I find a job, but I did a budget after checking my C/T and I can do it, although I will go into debt with my fuel I expect.

Fingers crossed for the survey.
Perhaps a small decaf and wine spritzer are gentler, or even have a fancy herbal tea and soft drink mocktail during the communal social times.
