Feeling a bit weird. About to move out out of here and into another friend's house. Then off to Devon next week. Then, maybe into a more permanent home soon too. All the moving about is stressful and I feel very unsettled.

MSE wise it is dawning on me that I have such a small income when I move! I need to find an income stream! I can't focus on everything at once but I've seen something so thinking of putting a day's work in when I get back from Devon to get the form done.

House-wise the survey is on Friday. Hoping I have enough money to pay for it from cashflow. Hoping nothing worrying comes up.

I spent poorly today. It's like the old days when I was getting out of debt. Tea, coffee, breakfast, fares, little SM shops and that is £30 down very little to show...I really do need to get serious about budgeting my money, or I will be in trouble when I get to the new place.

On the positive side I feel SO MUCH better than when I was doing that job!

    Hope everyone is ok  :)

The right job makes a world of difference.

It's natural to feel out of sorts with all the moving you are doing. Hopefully you'll be settled soon and then you can come up with money making plans if needed.

After moving into your home, that's the time to look at additional income streams as you'll have a permanent base and know where is viable to get to. The last thing you want to do is secure something great, but the post move commute makes it untenable.

Hope your new digs is a better experience from the off 😊

It's definitely unsettling with all the moves, but hopefully not too much longer now.  Glad you are feeling better having ditched the job.

Have a lovely time in Devon!

Thanks MF. I'm only looking for remote jobs that are 2 days a week. That is quite specific, especially if you add in the type of work I want to do, so I might have to apply when I see a job that fits my needs. Ideal to look later, but will need to apply when I see something suitable.

Sounds really difficult with all the moves, and this seems to have been going on so long for you. Hope the survey goes well and you can work forward to a moving in day sooner rather than later.
