Aww, you lot are so lovely. Thank you for all the good wishes
So I am adjusting to the job news. The job is a 30 minute walk from a major station so I plan to walk there and back to get my 1 hour walk in. It is also 1 minute from a swimming pool so thinking about the best way to get a swim in. I'm looking forward to it, but I am going from all my time being my own, to 4 days of my week 'belonging' to someone else...for now I will spend all 4 days in the office and switch to WFH for half of the week when I move away.
My MSE buy of the day was organic salmon (2 in a pack) reduced from 8.50 to 2.20. I bought 3 packs. Great for the freezer. But really 2 small fillets of salmon now cost 8.50?!!!
I had the second part of my trial. I had to sit completely still for 40 minutes with an oxygen mask on. I now know the exact calories I need. It is higher than I thought. No wonder diets don't work for me and I feel hungry all the time on them. I can lose weight with more calories it seems.
Blood done and my Hb1ac is good and in the healthy range. In fact my overall results have been so good the team will meet to see if I can stay on the trial. Either way it is good news. It shows my approach to what I eat is paying off. I just need to get my exercise levels increased.
I hope everyone is ok

Great news about the trial results too."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3

Thanks @Sunshine_girl2 and @maggiem @jwil
I was surprised by the results but pleased. I'm not super healthy by any means and there is room for improvement, but I am in 'the healthy range' for the important markers so far. There are some things that need work like fat to muscle ratio!
Thanks @savingholmes
My seller has not found a property yet. It will be 4 weeks on Monday since my offer was accepted. I am still looking but the problem is anything I have seen so far is being marketed by the same EA so if I asked to view it would jeopardise the house I have the offer accepted on.
I seem to have had a spurt of good news. My seller finding a home would be the perfect thing to happen soon as all other things have now fallen not place!
Today I am doing the washing and getting ready for my trip away
I am treating myself to some tea in a cafe (maybe cake) so I can upload my diary
Wishing everyone a lovely weekend(it is sunny here, hope it is sunny where you are)

Perhaps the buyer not yet finding a new home is what's meant to be. You've secured a role which will allow a small mortgage. Sounds like fate has stepped up.
Trial is very interesting. I appreciate you providing the snippets and explaining how the info helps you.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
