I hope your vendor finds something soon. The whole house buying process is so stressful!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4

When your purchase is near completion, you'll make a decision about the bike.
Could you take a note pad and homemade coffee to the park and transfer all decisions to the laptop when home, or use your creative workspace for them. You've already paid for it. I guess it boils down to what's cheaper, travel or coffee.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.6 -
Thanks everyone
@Brie good idea. I will ask around
@jwil you are right it is stressful! Hoping I. am on my way to a new home...
@MovingForwards the plan is to use the sale of the bike for housing costs so if I choose to sell it would be sooner rather than later. Creative space is great when I have more time. It is closed for holidays. Upcoming week I have appointments every day but hope to get back to using creative space when back from break. It is a productive space that I. have paid for it is true!
So, a few quiet days. I. had a declutter and clean. Today I. am tackling paperwork.
FROGS
I have a few tech frogs- software issue I need to post on tech forum on
- change to newer computer once software sorted as older computer has issues and is becoming tiresome to use
- draft a letter pension
- arrange an OD as an additional line of credit (not to be used)
I did an evening walk yesterday and will do one today
MSE I had a YS shop where every item was YS including fillet steak that was reduced to 1.42.
Hope everyone is ok.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Regarding the hopeful purchase of your new home ..hang in there and hopefully it will be the ' normal ' anxiety of Hse purchase that yourself and your vendor are going through and everything comes together 🤞
I wouldn't change area though if I could help it , as you are putting everything into being in your preferred spot . Again 🤞Everything else sounds okay though .Regarding software issues and possible newer computer; I'd advise you to stick to Mac .
Also , it may be a case of having to get a couple of cheap hard drives , plus if an application won't work on your newer Mac then if it still works on the older one you may no need a new one . If you get no joy from tech forum ,I may be able to advise .
Anyway, I'll leave it there ..3 -

So, relative emergencies keep springing up. Doing my best to support whilst maintaining boundaries...Visited today and back late and tired.
Dentist finally! I don't need any new treatment . I have a tooth that has had everything over the years but now it needs removing. I was leaving it but now it is getting wobbly so rather than have an issue I have been referred so it can come out. NHS so might take a while...I had my teeth cleaned and it is now £63!!!!!! Together with check up £90...Hygenist wants me back in the early autumn but she admits I am doing well despite over 2 years since last visit, so I decided I am going to clean teeth twice a year. I. can't afford £63 every 12 weeks just to get my teeth cleaned...Glad I finally went.
I need to take some money from my solicitor costs as there was not enough in my account to pay for my teeth...
Tech continues to plague me. I am locked out of my email account. Arrgggh
I have an appointment re my trial tomorrow. I have some time in the afternoon when I. plan to tackle a frog or two.
I hope everyone is ok.

Hope relative is being shared fairly with others.
How much for the dentist 😲
Good luck with cracking your emails, frogs and trial. Everything will work itself out.
Find a pool to have a swim, relax and soak away the stresses.
