Trying to contain my excitement as there are a few frogs hopping towards me...- Clarify the mess that is my pension as I may need to borrow against a lump sum due (so it needs to be accurate)
- Due to the increases in house prices I have to arrange some finance. The amount isn't huge so at this stage I am cautiously optimistic.
