Hope you get the house. The craziness has seemed to have dropped a little bit here since all the cost of living stuff kicked in - hope it's the same where you are."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". You're doing the right thing by only telling us , and low expectations .You are viewing more properties and potentials , and eventually one will be yours . 🤞

good luck DIA - make sure they take it off the market. On a 1% commission EAs don't tend to muck about scrabbling for an extra few K as its literally <£100 extra commission for them. Just emphasise how quickly you could proceed. The secret for you from here is closing the deal quickly - forget all other frogs and despatch this dino-toadI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Thank you @Sunshine_girl2 @jwil @Chrystal @MovingForwards, @another_casualty @savingholmes and @mark55man
So nothing more I can do on the house. I have formalised offer. They know my position. I have sent proof over. Ball is in thier court now, but I will update here (@mark55man if successful I will ensure it is taken off the market.)
Today I visited a relative in hospital. Lots of travelling on transport. Fumes on bus so we had to get off. Getting sick of all the pollution. Another reason why I want to move to the new area!
I bought a travel pass to cover the week to stop the frittering.
I picked up FR chicken breasts 4 packs (2 in each) 6.70 each reduced to 1.60 eachAlso a few packs of some heritage tomatoes 2.05 each, reduced to 55p
Picked up some dividers so I can organise paperwork (£3) tomorrow.
Quite tired tonight. Hope everyone is ok.

I was just thinking the other day how lovely it will be when more and more moves to electric so we won't have the horrible fumes any more.
Hope you manage to have a relaxing day."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -
