Do you actually need the vitamins? Someone once described them as only being good at giving one very expensive urine. (or words to that affect). Fruit and veg should do most the work for you! List looks balanced and nice for a Monday.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.7 -
Thanks everyone
There was no power, so not even mobile connection for the whole day yesterday. I took a long walk and came across a shop open so I made small purchase just so I could get cash to buy the present for my friend. I bought it from a little house that uses their window to display antiques/collectables. Everything is reasonably priced, presumably because they have no overheads. Lots of dog walkers pass that house. I thought of @savingholmes as it would be a good way to sell paintings too- financial balancing (again! determined to not to spiral into debt)

When I get back my sister and I will pick up my relatives ashes.
No suitable homes coming up but if they had it would have been a long and expensive trip to new so maybe just as well...
Today I will concentrate on yesterday's list and add;- wash and dry clothes
- finish book
- have a fire tonight
- another 2 criteria for new job application
- a 30 minute walk
Today I hope everywhere is open so I can have coffee and cakeIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
