Yes BI is buildings insurance. I couldn't take the stress of the search so for this year I have overpaid but at least it is done.

I took insurance without a big search. At least I'm covered. Next year I'll do better

But, I've had so much support from this corner of the forum that I had to come on and let you all know. I have exchanged contracts. Yep. The house is mine. I move in next week. After 3 years of homelessness, it is over.
