So today started off well as I slept through the night and I am pain free now. I went for a walk and it was such a joy to be in the sunshine and walking without pain
It gets better as the walk was to Mr L where I struck lucky with a veggie box. I was strict and bought water and the veg box and nothing else.
Veg box:
6 satsumas
2 kiwi
1 lime
1 small bunch of white grapes (will have with cheese)
1 bruised apple (will grate into yoghurt so bruises don't matter)
2 large Carrots
1 large red pepper
3 large leeks
2 aubergines (not sure what to do with these as not my favourite veg)
5 jacket potatoes
20 baby new potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 bunch organic beetroot
Today I am going to stay local. I will take a bus to the health shop so I can buy some nice grains. I have a few peppers from last week so I think I will add this week's one and have some stuffed peppers
I should contact the EA but at the moment it is a possibility and the thought of having possibility snuffed out is putting me off. I also saw another place that might be suitable. I have a list of questions for the EA that I need positive responses on before I even travel to view it.
I even managed to catch the bins (by copying what my friend's neighbours had put out for collection)
Wishing everyone else a positive start to your days too.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I've been told pulling on one side won't work for me. Today I was good. I used a backpack to centre the weight and didn't overdo it and was fine. Heavy bags are just a bad habit and I need to be more mindful !

Good you got the veg box.
I get what you mean about not wanting the possibility snuffed out.

You left your offer on the table, just keep looking at others and if nothing else pops up in a month or so, whatever you're comfortable with, call the EA and ask they follow up to see if the seller will now accept it.

So I had a call from the GP as they have my results back from the MRI.
I did not ask for the call so I was a bit worried. I was right. I had abnormalities and without going in to detail the GP has urgently referred me to a surgeon. I knew something was wrong but I did not expect this. I was given a choice of 2 hospitals and usually I like to do a bit of research. As chance would have it the GP had a surgery for almost identical issue so was able to help me with the choice.
On more mundane issues I went to the health shop and got some lovely grains
On housing, I called the EA on the new possible. He will email me answers to my queries.
I suppose on the good side at least I know...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thinking of you and sending positive thoughts your way.Better to get these things over and done with, it will let you move on with your life, hopefully pain free once things are sorted. ((((hugs)))) XXXI Believe.....

Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
