  • It's so lovely to see you back.  I missed your posts.

    The pension situation sounds irritating, but I also agree that you sound mentally recharged after your break.  I hope the right home comes up for you soon.  I have noticed near me that so many houses are coming up for sale again.  They do sell relatively quickly but not as fast as they were doing during the pandemic and just after.  I really admire your willingness to wait for the right place.

    We're having changeable four season weather, pack for summer, rain and high winds. 
    Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
