It's a good idea signing up to a new GP and having a full check over.
View the house and go away for a much needed relax.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
@doingitanyway I know it's hard, but you dodged a bullet there. I agree, view the next house and have a break. You have fab friends here and in real life; you will get there. Onwards and upwards love Humdinger xx2

Life is strange, as next door to the one I lost is now up for sale. It is super shabby and will need work. I doubt they will accept what I would be willing to pay. It looks overpriced by about 10% and possibly more.
From the pictures it looks like it needs:- new kitchen
- new bathroom (replacing existing so no new pipework)
- rewire
- sand floors
- add a wood burning stove
I will know if it is feasible when I see it...
The other house I wanted to look at has been knocking around for 5 months and has been reduced by 11% but still needs to come down. This one has a lovely garden and wouldn't need lots of immediate work.
The plan is to view both before I go away.
My host treated us to F&Cs tonight as were both low for different reasons
Hoping everyone is ok

The first property sounds like a lot of work but is worth a look. The second property could maybe be the better option. F & C sound just the comfort food required 😋
