Thanks @MovingForwards @savingholmes @jwil @Skint_yet_Again
The F&Cs were great and just what we needed
I think neither of the houses are right and I am just reacting after a disappointment. The one that needs a lot of work is horrendously overpriced. Why it needs a look is it has a whole floor with a separate front door and a tiny patio to go with it. Next door had it as a beautiful kitchen diner but this one has a small kitchen on the ground floor.
The other house is too big for me with four bedrooms I was reading something @Skint_yet_Again said on another diary ...a big house needs cleaning and taking care of. I can't afford a cleaner and don't want something that is beyond my control. So, I don't think I will view either just now. They are going nowhere for a few weeks due to pricing anyway so no rush. Time away will give me a new perspective.
Today I am going to read, walk, and do life admin.

Edgy day so far. I used the edginess to eat frogs
I ate a HMRC frog that only came yesterday. I owe them. I didn't have the energy to challenge them. I feel like they always win anyway. I told them I could not pay hundreds of pounds in 30 days. So a DD was set up for a small monthly payment for the next hundred years. They are not charging interest thank god. One hour to do this
I held for a heath check with new GP for 30 minutes. I have the appointment. Frog eaten
I held for a financial organisation. I spoke to 3 different people. Lots of holding. I passed security twice but with the exact same information I failed the third time and was asked to call again tomorrow. Argggh. Froggy fail
I spent 2 hours trying to send a ticket to my file. Froggy failI is a blue box that has disappeared! Arrgh. I will post on the tech board to see if anyone has any answers...
I am finding life admin becomes more frustrating with every year.
I agreed to a social event tonight I don't want to go to.
I really want my own home today so I can better control my life!
Roll on my break.
MSE wise I have just enough in my account to get me there and back for my tripIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

You'll have streamlined everything by the time you're older!
Well done for dealing with some frogs, feel your frustration with the latter two.
