Can I join please? I solemnly swear to do my best to not disappear this month.
Just be you & Just say no. I will improve my sleep routine and
schedule. I will improve my relationship with food. I will sew my new dungarees
in January. I also need to ensure I spend enough time revising and focusing on
my university studies. I am aiming for above 70% across all assessments this
year. I must achieve my attendance goals for my hospital placement.
Always set budgets. Alert & Avoid. I will set my budget for the
month by the end of the day, I have some larger purchases that need to be made
this month so I will ensure they are budgeted. I will shop properly and batch
cook. I will allow myself treat money for cinema trips only, this will be
budgeted accordingly. I will not shop impulsively; I will avoid chain stores
and use the eco friendly store I have been planning on going to. Money is tight
so I will be much more careful than my usual.
Never stop loving yourself. 16 NSDs. I never accomplish my NSD goals,
this time will be the first! I will take lunch to work, I will not be sending
the kids to the local shop for sweets or something fast for tea because I haven’t
properly shopped. I will take time each day for self-care, this is not a luxury!
Use it up or pass it on. Declutter and gift items that aren’t used.
Sell if possible but not hold on to them for an indeterminate period just to
claw back a little spare change. I have areas in my home where there are boxes
and bags dumped. If these items don’t have a defined space, they need to go.
Set targets. I will hit my 10000 steps each day. I will check in here
daily. I will lose weight in January, I’m not setting a specific target though.
I will eat better. I will move more. I will take time to relax. I will pay off more than 1% of my entire debt. I will get better sleep. I will try to get extra hours at work, but only if it doesn't detract from anything else.
Restarted my journey toward financial stability on 1st September 2021 - I will succeed!Total debt - £38570.75 @ 31.08.21 Current debt - £29876.97 @ 13.11.2022Paid to date: £8693.78Aim to pay off: 12% - current 12.98%DFD: December 2029May 2029July 2029April 2029 March 2029
Just be you. There is no need for you to fit in to the ‘norm’. What do you want more of? And less of? I want more sleep and to eat better; I will aim for 10k steps everyday. I want less clutter and have signed up to a declutter challenge. I have a bag of stuff for the CS, just need to take it. I have stuff to try to sell - or donate if i don't manage to sell it. I'm fed up of stuff! I will keep off social media; i removed the Fb app from my phone and feel much better for not scrolling
Always set budgets and give yourself some guilt-free treat money. Avoid as many chain stores and coffee shops and corner shops and online purchases as possible.I'm not good at setting proper budgets so i'm setting a food budget of £175 including cat food & £125 for petrol. I rarely do online shopping & i've avoided the sales. I have one birthday to spend on this month. I have applied for another online saving account to put away money towards mortgage overpayments.
Never stop loving yourself. You are unique and uniquely gifted. NSDs = 16 please. Identify your needs v your wants. With rising prices and the cost of simply being alive shooting up, take stock of where your money goes and write down every single spend. i do love myself! I don't love my appearance though so will work on that as i've let myself go with too many sugary treats and too little movement. Yes re NSDs, will track them along with all spends. I don't need anymore clothes this year except another pair of jeans and some new trainers.
Use it up or pass it on. I am good at decluttering but i struggle for the time to do it. Will make it a priority this year as fed up of stuff !! I have enough toiletries to last a while.

Just be you. I am going to go for 12 walks of 3 miles or more. Go to Yoga 3 times a week.
Always set budgets All done, including 1K for the debt.
Never stop loving yourself. NSDs = 16 please. Needs: focusing on food, fresh air, and moving my body.
Use it up or pass it on. I have been using things up for a while, and have a bag for the charity shop. I am enjoying the emerging space!
Set targets both small and large. The big target is to be debt-free by the end of the year and joined the pay your debt off before Christmas 2022 thread. The fairly big target is to do 50 walks before I am 50 (beginning of May). The long-term target is to move to the Midlands. Everyday target is to eat well and move my body, be in contact with people every week. I live and work alone at home. It's isolating.
Please could I sign up? Has been ages I know... Definitely feeling I need some structure, positivity and support to get my life back on track financially. Still have debt from when I moved into my apartment over 2 years ago (aside from the mortgage) and have just never got rid of it. I've chipped away - it's gone up - it's come down... but mostly it's just there! I am only paying £100 p/m at the moment - just worked out my DFD and it's August 2026!!! Time to sit down and re-evaluate I think... 🤔
Current Debt = £8500.00 : DFD = Dec 2025 @ £250.00/month Follow your heart & be true to yourself always My life is full of abundance and prosperity NST January: Groceries/Spends Week 4 = £00.00/£60.00 : NSD = 10/15 Be kind to myself - Eat well - Exercise - Be mindful
Just be you - I'm starting my journey of self-care; daily yoga, good food, very limited alcohol, plenty of sleep, daily walks.
Always set budgets - Done, I'm making no 'off the cuff' purchases, if I see something I want then I'll give myself a 24hr cooling off period before I make a decision
Never stop loving yourself - The self-care covers this, it's about my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and will lead me to a more positive lifestyle
Use it up or pass it on - I don't have 'stuff' to get rid of but I do have a ridiculous amount of food in stock! I will use mainly this for all meals
Set targets both small and large - Done! Self-care, improved health, increased financial stability, peace and connection are all featured heavily in my 2022 plans! 😊
