Still chocolate bar - free. Keeping going despite throwing all my toys out of the pram today as I got on the scales (should not do that!) and I'm not really losing weight. It's not that I've replaced it with other stuff, and I've been doing really well with eating less processed food too.
I'm reminding myself to look at the bigger picture, it's not just about my weight! I'm just fed up with aching all the time if I try and exercise, and losing weight is the thing that will help that!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Judging by my rage and feeling crampy, I’m probably hormonal, so I should definitely stay away from the scales and otherwise ignore the reading! I’m going to leave it until I need to weigh in again for my course."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Keep going. It can only be positive. Your results may show as lower BP, lower cholesterol, lower percentage of fat, higher muscle or lower blood sugar. Keep going your weight will head down in the end if you are doing the right things. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

You'll get there. Better not to over-worry when you are already feeling hormonal. That can often cause weight gain / water retention anyway.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
