Thank you - I'm just glad I spotted it so quickly.  If anyone doesn't use them I'd definitely recommend Credit Karma (used to be Noddle - they are Transunion credit report)  They update the report weekly, and it's free.

I've heard back from my creditor for my offer.  They have offered a £900 discount, but they manage the account, and so I've asked them to send it to the owner of the account - the letter offers to do this.  I've been quite sarcastic with my response as they asked loads of questions that I'd put in my original letter, and didn't even seem to understand I was responding to a letter from them!

They've also asked loads of questions which I've told them I'm not answering - why did I get into debt in the first place, where do I work, how much is my mortgage and equity, how much is my house worth!  They can get stuffed!

I've just had a good yell at everyone about the state of the house. 🙄  I am so fed up of having to pick up loads of stuff before I can do anything like hoover!  I'm on day 7 without chocolate (bars) today - I did have an icecream with a flake yesterday, but otherwise have had nothing.  It must be the chocolate withdrawal rage kicking in 😆😆
