This week has been very hectic, but I've stayed away from the chocolate! Go me! I'm surprised I haven't really had any cravings, but it's been a really busy week and the heat probably helps.
I've been eating well too, so that's good. I haven't done any more walks since Monday as my knee has been really painful so I've not wanted to damage it. I remember the same happened the last time I did couch to 5k, but as long as I took it easy and didn't overdo it, it eased off in a couple of weeks as my knees presumably got stronger.
I wanted to get a shop tomorrow so have renewed my delivery saver. The slot I've booked for tomorrow would have cost £7 so I've nearly covered the months payments already! I haven't ordered any chocolate, apart from the kids, but I have ordered some dairy milk icecreams. I'm not sure if that's cheating, but they are to enjoy on a warm evening, and I don't eat them like I do bars of chocolate (i.e. one is always enough), so I'm not going to count them as chocolate. If it does awaken the beast then I will know for the future!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". You are doing really well with chocolate. Maybe check the sugar per 100g in the dairy milk ice creams and compare with the sugar per 100g in the chocolate. Then you can make an informed decision. You have to have treats!
I hope your knees feel better soon.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Oh, !!!!!!, I just looked at my credit report and there are 3 searches on there from yesterday for gambling companies. I've contacted 2 to find out why, and someone has set up accounts in my name. Looks like I've been hacked
Those accounts are blocked, but I can't figure out who the third is. I've disputed them on my credit file, but now need to try and change passwords etc everywhere. I can't figure out how it's happened! I don't reuse passwords or anything
